This Privacy Policy explains how XXM Studio LLC ("XXM Studio", "we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with this website (xxmstudio.com) and the applications we develop (the "Apps"). We believe in collecting as little data as possible.

1. Information we do not collect

Our website does not use cookies, advertising trackers, or third-party analytics that identify you. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information. Our Apps are designed to keep your data on your own device wherever technically possible.

2. Information you choose to provide

If you contact us by email, we receive the information you include in your message — such as your email address and the contents of your message. We use this solely to respond to you and to provide support. We do not use it for marketing.

3. How our Apps handle data

• On-device by default. Our Apps generally process your content locally on your Mac, iPad, or other device. Where an App connects two of your own devices (for example, InkBridge linking an iPad to a Mac), data travels directly between your devices and is not routed through our servers.
• No account required. Our Apps do not require you to create an account with us to function.
• Diagnostics. If an App offers optional diagnostic or crash reporting, it is clearly described in the App and is never enabled without your knowledge.

4. Server logs

Our website is hosted on Cloudflare. Like most web hosts, Cloudflare may automatically record standard technical information (such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested) for security and to operate the service. This information is processed by Cloudflare as our hosting provider and is not used by us to identify individual visitors.

5. Children's privacy

Our website and Apps are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

6. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Because we collect so little, this usually amounts to any email correspondence you have sent us. To make a request, contact us at the address below and we will respond within a reasonable time.
